Since 2012 YMCA Italia Ets has set itself the goal of creating a stronger and more supportive society, placing issues such as racism, discrimination and youth unemployment at the center of its activities, using creativity as a response to consumerism and the fragmentation of the modern world.

At the Catania headquarters of the YMCA Italia Foundation in viale Kennedy 10/B, the UniNettuno University , the oldest and most prestigious Italian telematic university, offers a complete university course suitable for candidates with different objectives and characteristics.

Thanks to its tested teaching method, UniNettuno is in fact ideal for adults already engaged in the working world who want to improve their standing by adding a degree to their training and curriculum to be obtained as quickly and effectively as possible, with the recognition any previous credits.

But UniNettuno, due to the characteristics of its Technological Pole managed, together with the Roman one, by the YMCA Foundation in Plaia di Catania, is also the most suitable for the youngest recent graduates who want to attend a real university campus , equipped with study rooms, magna, library, large open spaces and a sports facility and wellness center available.

International School in
Investigative and Scientific Journalism

A course of study that aims to train journalists who intend to obtain a higher specialization in techniques and methods of investigative journalism, and methods and skills of popular-scientific journalism. At the end of the course within the International School of Investigative and Scientific Journalism, participants will be able to apply for registration in the register of publicist journalists.

THE YMCA MASTERS

The 1st and 2nd level Master's degree is the qualification issued by Italian universities at the end of scientific specialization courses and permanent and recurring higher education, following the achievement of the first or second cycle degree (in accordance with Ministerial Decree 509/1999 and 270/2004) and generally for an annual duration.

University Master's courses are promoted by universities, in many cases in collaboration with training structures and companies; they do not always take place in departments but in institutes, special schools or other corporate training centres. They are generally reserved for a limited number of participants and include a mandatory internship period.
